At Graze & Bliss, we take great care in preparing and packaging your order to ensure you receive only the freshest quality snacks. As our products are perishable, please note the following return and refund policy:

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products (nuts, dried fruit, and snack mixes), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has left our premises, unless the wrong item was sent.
  • Returns will only be accepted if:
    • You received an incorrect order (wrong product or quantity).
    • The product is in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

2. Timeframe

  • Any return request must be submitted within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued once the incorrect item is received back in its original condition.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • If you prefer, a replacement may be sent instead of a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, partially consumed, or tampered packages.
  • Products not stored according to the recommended storage instructions.
  • Sale or promotional items.
